Can you suggest me a better institution where I can get a post for lecturership in Botany?

I did my M.Sc. in Environmental Botany and going to be finished my Ph.D. in Crop Biodiversity. I have seven years experience working with NGO in the field of Food and Livelihood Security. I also delivered so many lecturers in institutions on Environment, Biodiversity and Food Security.
