Can you suggest me?

I started my career in Fax field. worked as a Sr.service engr. for 6 years. as the Fax market got getting down. i have changed my proffesion into marketing/business devlopment worked for 15 months.After having this experiance i have started my own company with friend advice.once my Business was running(2 years)well my friend so called advices started asking money and without my knowlage he useto draw the money (I have made a big mistake that i have opened company on his name, He was the signing authority) finnaly one day decided to closedown the company.. by paying panalty to my friend i have told them to closeit off.. now past from one year i am not doing any thing.I have lost my confidence on people.. No one is there to help me. I never ask money from anybody. when i was good i helped to some of my frieds to getting jobs. Now due to my family seak i want to work. Can u suggest me what to do? Now i am serious of doing somthing but don't know what to do. pls don't mind 4 my language.!

Business is give and take and trust.  The vast majority of business people are hard working and generally quite honest.  What you need to do is to step back and tell yourself that your "friend" was a bad egg that probably had more problems than you do.  Then, you need to go on.
