I really dont know what level of English u have Ankur.But the best way to speak English is not to translate in ur mind from Hindi to English and read as much as u can ,be it news papers or English books u have any and then communicate with colleagues and friends or infront of the mirror.Other best way possible is to listen to English news of the country ur residing in.I believe it will help u alott.Last but not the least speak neutral accent n no put on accent.Be what you are.

During breaks, talk to your colleagues in English. Try to help your manager to type letters in English. For unimportant situations, use English.

The British Institutes is conducting correspondence courses .They also supply audio casette/CD support to help learning.Linguaphone is another insitute offering language learning(assisted by Audio /CD etc).Joining some institute offering 'spoken english" is an easy solution.

hi ankur, well the strategy which i have opted for the same is that everyday i  write 4 new words on my desk with their meanings. in my free time i make their sentences. by the time i m confident with their meanings learnt and their use in the sentence, i go through the synonyms of those 4 words at home,[ 1 synonym atleast 4 each word]. so in this way i m able to  grab 8-10 words a day easily.

well i have started preparing for GRE and CAT since a fortnight, n this has been my way of building my vocabulory. everybody has their own way, so u should folllow which suits u. but DONOT 4GET to revise them after three days, cuz VOCAbulory is something which is always ready to skip out of ur mind. haha thats true.
