Question:

Can you suggest me some ready to eat breakfast items like Corn flakes, Muesli, Wheat Porridge etc. ?

something... for which i don't need to cook, i can eat with milk...

one more question .. do you know what are the white oats, can i take white oats with hot milk , without cooking..

  1. KELLOGGS cornflakes............ they come in sooo many flavors u dont even feel ur havin cornflakes..... infact u should visit their website....... they have experts giving out advise on problems like this...    www2.kelloggs.com


  2. try kelloggs or alpen muesli.. its multi grain with dried fruits n sometimes with sunflower seeds.. really healthy.. u can hv it with cold or warm milk as u like.. hope that helps..

  4. Oats should be cooked but it's your choice.  Granola, muesli, Post cranberry almond, Total cereals are all good for you.  Add fresh berries and yoghurt for a healthy breakfast.

  5. pop tarts, strudel, strawberries, banana's, apples, oranges , toast , PB&J , donuts, cereals, look and see if the white oats are instant kind if they are than yes you can put them in hot milk and leave set for 3 to 5 minutes, you can do this with any instant cereal, like oatmeal(all kinds) cream of wheat, cocoa wheat's etc just be sure they are INSTANT . there is a lot of breakfast foods in the grocery stores that you put in the microwave.Pillsbury makes some.hope this helps.

  6. I bring a covered bowl with cereal in it and get a small cup of milk with a lid on it and i pour on the milk  when I am read to eat.  don't forget your spoon! lol
