Can you suggest some cheap and good quality liquid eyeliner?

the brand NYC sold at pretty much every drugstore, target, kmart etc gets the job done. i love it. lotsa colors too. and it's no more than 3 dollars!

The best cheap/inexpensive one that I've used is by Loreal. I also tried NYC, which wasn't too bad, but it flakes off during the day. Generally, it's better to invest a little more money and get a good one. I love the liquid eyeliners by Lancome.

I've heard great things about Wet N' Wild, which is pretty cheap

also- AVON

and personally i own prestige- it goes on nicely and dries *fairly* quick but it does smudge a bit over the hours...

I love Maybelline's liquid eyeliner.  It's about £6, I think.  It has a soft felt nip, rather than a hard tip or a brush.  So I find it very easy to apply.  And it looks good and lasts all day.

They are pretty much all the same,regardless of the price...I've used them all. I use Jane liquid eyeliner...It's about 3-5 Dollars. It's got a brush tip,not a sponge... so you can make the line super thin and subtle.

There are no cheap and good quality eyeliner

most can damage your eyes

from putting too much, some

when you apply too much

its hard to take off.

you either buy one for 20

dollars and its good

or you buy one for 7 dollars

and it killls you

FASIO ... very durable n easy to use for beginners... define eyes well . my all time favorite...

I love mark.'s On the Edge and Metalliner liquid liner. They are just $5 each and have great staying power.
