Can you summon a tyrant dragon with call of the haunted?

Yes because his effect applies only when he is on the field.

But when you activate CotH make sure you have a dragon monster to tribute otherwise that was a waste of a card since Tyrant can only be special summoned fro the graveyard by tributing one dragon monster you control.

But it doesn't matter since Call of the haunted is now banned

yes you can, his effect says negate any trap that targets him and destroy it. so i think call of the haunted would get destroyed. but the trap being destroyed then targets tyrant dragon as a target of going back to the grave and thats negated, so im not sure if he stays in grave or comes to the feild and destroys call of the haunted and still stays on the feild????

no because tyrant dragon would negate and destroy the card before the effect could work

and call of the haunted is banned

no, you can't, call of the haunted is destroyed before tyrant dragon can get on the field.

ps: it wouldn't matter, because call of the haunted is forbidden
