Can you surf in Santa Cruz, CA right now?

I heard it's only good in winter, but can you surf this time of year? If so, where's the best spot and where can I get info on it online?

You have to pay for Surfline, but there is a reason... It's SOO good. The swell watch is crazy accurate. Try Capitola, Cals, Steamers Lane, and this secret spot that's always breaking good. =)
