  1. put in some chlorine and PH to get rid of that

  2. Have ya ever had swimmers ear? It can keep you from swimming for quite a while, I would put the required amount of Shock with Clarifier then swim tomorrow!

  3. algae is nasty, but honestly not bad for you, as long as you don't drink the water in high quantities, or open your eyes underwater for a long time.

You do need to kill all the algea though, because it can cause staining on the pool bottom, and also can be very dangerous to swim in. Dangerous because you cant see the bottom of the pool, or you could be in a situation where you would not be able to get enough grip to get out of the pool.

So where you begin to kill the algea is where the pool water becomes unsafe to swim in. You need to super shock the pool and add algicide if possible, but after this is added to the pool, the water is NOTSAFE. You should keep monitoring the chlrine level until it is low enough to swim.

    good luck!

  4. Yes you can swim in green water.  People swim in lakes and such all the time without consequences, but about 4 packets of pool shock, chlorine tablets, and sweeping/filtering your pool will help a lot.

  5. vaccuum it, throw in some chemicals, and it should be fine.  but i wouldnt want to be swimming in a green pool and slipping on it.  eeeewwwww!!!

i dont think it will be a big problem though.
