Can you swim in boiling springs, pa?

I was looking it up but all i found was the water park, does anyone know if you can swim in the lake? and if so is it a clean lake?

The Lake is to cold to really swim in, but the streams around it are great for tubbing and wading! There is a pool a few feet away from the lake that you can swim in if you pay.

It says that you can swim in the lake and that it is clean. But it would be freezing.
