  1. Sell it and buy a manual.

  2. no

  3. I'm sure you could, for about five times what it would cost to buy a manual one. Sell yours and buy a manual.

  4. Yeah there sure is Travis.

It's an old, old,OLD Swap & pretty easy to do.

I found a "Kit" on Ebay,,,I'm about 95% certain this will fit.

Contact the seller and make certain.

Theres sooooo many variations of those motors I just cannot say for sure.

    But it "should" work

    About $100

Plus,,You'll need to get a Clutch lever,,,Cable is included,,but no mention of lever.

    .........................................

You can also get 125cc~140cc 4Speed Manual Engines with a bunch hi-perf c**p on 'em for between $300~400 Shipped.

You can Probably sell your existing motor for $100 or so??

I dunno,,but it would offset the cost of a whole new motor.

That's a long way around to go about things,,I know.

    But figure it like this---

It's gonna be about $100 JUST to convert to Manual Clutch.

Really No 'salvage value' of the parts you'll remove

OR,,,if you Sell your motor& apply the proceeds to the cost,,,

    about $200~250 would get you ;

    *a fresh new engine

*Bigger motor with a bit more power

    *4 speed gearbox/manual clutch

    Just for example>>>

    .........................................

    Here's another Clutch Conversion,,$267 ??!!!

That's about the going price at most online stores,,

    Crazy huh?

    .........................................

You CAN also "make your own kit"---

Getting the stuff is the Hard part

CL70 street Bikes from early 70's

CT Trail 70 "minibikes" ,,the 4 speed manual clutch versions,,

    SL 70 4 speeds,,

    early Sport 50's and 65's from the mid/late '60's

ALL Those have manual Clutches and are "Parts Donors" for a Conversion.

FINDING one is TUFF,,,Findind a CHEAP one is about same odds as winning the Lottery.

These days,,it just ain't Practical to go that approach,,unless ya can find a Junk Motor to get parts from

I looked around a little,,,to me it seems like that Kit on Ebay is best deal going

    Good luck
