Can you take Agnus Cactus and Pregnacare?

I am trying to conceive and recently my periods have been very infrequent, it could be stress but on an ultrasound it looks like I may have PCOS. My question is, I have been talking Agnus Cactus and evening primrose oil to try to regulate my cycle with a folic acid supplement but I have read a supplement with more vitamins eg Pregnacare would be better, but can I take Pregnacare, Agnus Cactus and Evening Primrose Oil all at once?
