  1. Portable CD Player allowed to be carry on board and played only when the Aircraft airborne. Pilot/Crew will remind passenger to turn off all electronic devices during taking off and landing procedure.

However, with the new Airlines rules about carrying load of batteries onboard your hand luggage. You will have constraint listening to your Portable CD Player on a Long Haul Flight.

Apparently, Portable CD Player uterlized high Battery consumption and if you are flying Regional and flights within 2 Hours. Portable CD would be accommodative, otherwise you can only carry onboard in your carry on luggage with limited stocks of dry cells battery for safety/security reason imposed recently.

Hence, if you have another option. Do consider IPod or Mp3 Player with Longer Battery Playback.

  2. yes, you can take cd's, lap top, dvd player ect. Just be prepared to have them taken out and checked at security

  3. Yes you can. I always bring my ipod.. but my 5 year old sister takes her cd player with a cd case in her bag...

They sometimes open the case and look around but that is pretty much it.

  4. Yes you can bring Cd's on a plane, in fact its a good idea to bring them on especially if it is a long flight. You can also bring a portable dvd player, an IPod and a laptop, just be prepared to have them checked at security. They will make you keep it turned off during takeoff and landing but yes it will make the flight seem shorter if you have something to do. I bring them with all the time!

  5. Yes you may

  6. Yea,of course. I always bring cds and my cd player or my Mp3 .

If they didn't allow it people would be bored half to death.
