Can you take Pepto Bismol or Maalox after taking ibuprofen?

My son hurt his shoulder and ankle in an accident. He takes 800 mg of ibuprofen. Now he has an upset stomach. Can he mix these meds?

There's no adverse reaction was seen when Pepto Bismol & Ibuprofen are taken together.

yes you can mix them. he should also eat something when he takes the ibuprofen which is probably whats causing the upset stomach.
