  1. Depends on the rules in your location of course.  Some will allow you to take the test at 18, but unless you pass you won't get a license, and without a permit to get in some practice time...


  2. In most states, you must be 18 before you can get your license with talking drivers ed. In order to get your license prior to turning 18, you must complete all the driving hours and drivers education classes.

  3. yes you may even take you're driving test at 17 and a half and not have all your hours. but if you take the test at 18 and u dont have ur permit....u will need to have a permit for a month before you get your license.

  4. As far as I know, yes. In Washington, while the hours are highly reccommended, you don't actually have to complete them, though you still have to pass the driving test.
