  1. I have brought food inside an airplane before, it is OK

  2. yes you can .I've seen some passengers had their own food from outside and eat it on a  airplane  ,.- boxes of salad with chicken .

  3. nope

  4. I can only provide you with the Transportation Security Administration's website.  They are the ones responsible for making all of the rules.

  5. YES you can!!

I've seen ppl eating sandwichs out of their backpacks and I've also seen ppl eating McDonald and other fast food items on the airplanes....so I don't see why you can't bring your won lunchable... just don't bring in water or other drinks thru security check. Buy that inside the airport before you board.

You can bring in food, just not liquid. Actually I've done that. Everytime I visit my mom, she always pack food for me to eat later and I never had problem at the security.

  6. I think that when you go through the security check they may take it/ them away from you.  But if its in your bag or purse and they don't see it you might get it through.  Once through security you would be able to take it on.  Don't take the ones with the drink because they are over three ounces.  you could always get a drink in the snack shop at the airport past security.  good luck

  7. Lunchables  "how cute"...i remember those!  I don't think it's a problem...unless bologna and crackers can be made into some weird bomb or something...the best thing to do is call the customer service # for the airline you are traveling with.

  8. you cant take any food or water bought outside of the airport an an airplane. period. if you buy it past the security check point, you can bring it on, but that is all.

  9. Yes, you can take food purchased outside the airport onto the aircraft unless it is against the airline policy, I have not heard of any with an issue about it. It will have to be screened by security and cleard, but the only prohibited items are liquids in excess of 3 oz. For  more information contact your air carrier and check out the TSA website at www.TSA.gov.

  10. Yes. on some airlines, they are not even serving lunches.

(they are cutting back on weight.) I am serious.

  11. There are two styles of Lunchables. One with a juice included and the kind without. It's the drink that is not allowed because of the 3-1-1 rule. Buy your drink once you're past security.

  12. Yes, as long as there's nothing in it that would qualify as a liquid, gel or cream, such as a drink, mustard or ketchup packets, etc.   The ban is on liquids, gels and creams, not food, and you are allowed up to 3oz. each of whatever you can fit in a quart sized plastic bag.   I'm kind of assuming you're talking about the type that usually include some lunchmeat, cheese, & crackers-- those are fine.
