Can you take a picture out of a video?

Okay, so like you recorded a video but then there's a moment were it was still and you want it as a picture. any ways to do it?

  1. Yes. You need to capture the video on your computer. You can use windows movie maker. Put the video clip in the timeline, move the time marker to the frame you want and push the take picture button below the viewer. Save your pic.

  2. Yes, look in your video editing program of choice for "frame capture"  or "screen Capture"  sometimes called frame extraction.

    You could just play the video, pause it where you want, then do a alt-print screen too!

  5. a VERY easy way would be to simply pause the video and then hit the "print-screen" button on your keyboard.  Then paste it into a photo editing program.  This is assuming the video is on your computer or the internet already.
