Can you take hand made cigarettes (rolly"s) on a flight to florida?

my daughter posted the question for me earlier,but has now logged of, and gone to bed without telling me if she had any answer"s,lol..and her settings are password protected so i can"t check myself.. kid"s eh?.

obviously you can't smoke them on the flight! but i'm sure there wouldn't be a problem taking them on in your bag. not 100% sure though, so maybe just take a sealed pouch of baccy, and your rizla, so you can make one as soon as you land!
