  1. Yes.

There is no 100ml/3 ounce restriction on makeup carried in checked baggage. The restriction applies only on hand-carry items.

Usually, you will face no problem whatever.

A qualification: if whatever you wish to take with you happens to come under the description of "dangerous Goods" then it will be forbidden, not just by the airline, but by governmental regulation.  The regulations apply to airlines all around the world and while some airlines will add things to the laws, to make them even more restrictive, airlines are not permitted to remove any part of them.

You must be sure the items you wish to carry are not of a hazardous nature: they are forbidden for carriage on all aircraft unless properly (professionally) packaged.

You asked about millilitres so you may be from Canada, and here is an official website that explains the dangerous goods restrictions, and gives examples of household items in that category.

  2. Yes once its checked through the idea being you can't access it on the flight.  How your going to attack a plane with liquid makeup is beyond me but there you go....

  3. The restriction is only on hand luggage not on bags that get checked in and go in teh hold. The pressure down there is lower than normal durng the flight so sometimes things like contact lens cleaning fluids and moisturiser leak. If you pack each bottle in its own zip-lock plastic bag then this should stop your clothes getting messed up. It's a bit fiddly but its a lot better than arriving at your destination to find your new evening shoes full of oily suntan lotion and your best clothes covered in moisturiser.

  4. i think you can, i did take some perfume.  Maybe u should let them know at the check in desk but i think it's ok.

  5. Yes as long as they are not prohibited substances.

  6. yes xx you can take all liquids in your suitcase xx 100ml is the limit for hand luggage so just buy water when your suitcase has already been searched and you have gone through the gates x*x

    Have a great time!!! x*x

  7. Yes, normally you can take as much as you want if its not in your handluggage. you might want to check with the particular airline though, as some have different rules.

  8. you can take it in your suitcase not a problem (usually) as its packed away and no way for you to use it on the flight for any bad business.

check with your flight ppl anyway. I usually take all things like this in me suitcase and if it is questioned I tell them its only (whatever it is) and is packed away and it is only for whatever its use is. If they be awkward say you haven't got time or can't be asked to deal with it. tell them if its so much of a big deal take it and you'll just go through the hassle of finding and buying more on your holiday and by doing this your putting the ball in their court and they should then just give back.

I say this because my sister bought back a couple of tubs of hair removing wax and they made her open up to check (and they were being awkward at the that particular airport as on another occasion they also made me and many others open up for no reason in the same small local airport in india) anyway my sister said its just hair wax keep it if you want i'll just get more later and asked them not to waste her and their own time. they took the tub away and came back and apologized.

I reckon they are showing a bit of initiative and if your strong minded they can hassle you and they get a report to say they stopped someone. but I don't see this happening in western airports or in the much larger international eastern airports. Like I never have problems at delhi or mumbai just this one local small airport.

    have fun anyway.

  9. Yes, but pack it carefully.  The baggage hold is not pressurized, and any air inside the bottle may cause the contents to leak.

  10. yes, you can take as much as u like in you suitcase,

just in your hand luggage, you can take up to 5 items thatare up to 100ml each in a plastic resealable bag,

also just to make sure check on the airports website, they should give you all the info there
