Yes, it should be okay.  I take 20mg daily, and consumed a dose a few times larger than the standard dose, and am still alive. :)  I haven't seen many answers to this question on the net, but generally it looks like it shouldn't be a problem, unless you take wayyyy more than you should (think >30 times standard dose)  because at that amount it may cause seratonin syndrome.  Hope that helps.
