Can you take out the peice of a rubix/ rubic cube even if it doesn't have the logo on the center white piece?

Im going to get one but it didn't have the symbol of the rubix cube thing on the white center peice so i was wondering if it was a fake and if you can take out the peices still.

It's not a fake, just from a different manufacturer. It works the same.
