  1. Yes..

    It will fall under the same guidlines as an ipod or cd player. You can use it at all times except just after takeoff and before landing.


  2. Yes; I always take mine.  

    You will just be asked to turn it off during takeoff and landing.

    Be aware that there's no way to power it (unless you're in first class), so be sure your player has a good long battery life.

  3. Yes, the flight attendant will announce when "you can use portable electronic devices that you have brought on board." This includes lap tops, music players and dvd players.

  4. Yes you can but you can't use it until you are like 10000 feet in the air
