Can you take short naps with contacts?

I have the RGP contacts and I was wondering if I was harming my eyes if I sleep for short periods of 15 or 30 minutes?

I would only regularly nap in the contacts if they are approved for extended wear (can be worn up to 6 nights in a row. But don't do this). Some RGP's brands have this feature, so you better check the website or with your eye doctor. If they aren't approved for extended wear, then I wouldn't nap in them all of the time, but if you accidentally fall asleep, there is still nothing to worry about. If you're eyes are ever dry after waking up, just use some drops especially for moisturizing RGP contacts while they are in your eyes.

no, just rinse them when you wake up cause there gonna be a little blurry.
