  1. Yes. The signs state 2+ or 3+ between the hours of such & such. They never state which species. I drive with my goldfish on the dashboard so people don't think I'm violating the rules.


  2. No, the qualification is 2 sometimes 3 or more PEOPLE.

    If you have your child(ren) with you, you are qualified to use the HOV lane without restriction.

    HOV is a great idea, but in most areas, the idea doesn't work and only takes away a lane of traffic that could be useful when traffic is heavy.
