Can you take the train now from the airport in Frankfurt now?

I heard they updated the airport a few years ago and you no longer have to take a shuttle to the Haptbahnhof and can go right from the airport now is this true?

YES it was some time a few years ago they changed the airport and it is SO SO much easier now to just take a train to your next destination rather than the shuttle which was always a pain then you had to wait for your train, now its so much easier.

If you are going for a long time, consider a Rail Pass they have them twin and single and allow you to use a train all day any train. Usually you get a minimum of four days and can buy more.  I find them very useful if I know I will be using the trains a lot. You figure two are uses just getting to and back to the airport.

That is absolutely correct 'Frankfurt Airport' has its own Train Station and you don't need to go to 'Frankfurt main station' anymore, unless you can't figure out a train going directly to your required destinatin from the 'Airport station' in German the Station at the Airport is called Frankfurt Fernbahnhof.
