  1. I know you can take Paracetamol and Ibuprofen together but unsure about co-codamol.

  2. I would check with a pharmacists because I know you can take paracetamol and iburofen together but cocodamol is strong so be very careful. Clove oil is very good to take away dental pain.

  3. Yes you can - I was on this combination a few years ago when I had pneumonia.

  4. Adjunctive Use in Prophylaxis of Thromboembolism after Cardiac Valve Replacement. The recommended dose is 75-100 mg four times daily as an adjunct to the usual warfarin therapy. Please note that aspirin is not to be administered concomitantly with coumarin anticoagulants (rxlist.com)

If this is the right drug than I would assume it would be unsafe because ibuprofen is a blood thinner as well.

  5. unless you have a particular issue with any and you take the recommended dose of each then it should be fine as they are 3 drugs with 3 actions - codeine and paracetamol are pain killers with different actions and ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory.

If any of them are going to do you serious damage its too much cocodamol due to the paracetamol so check you don't double dose the paracetamol with another medication.

Take care if you have a liver problem, asthma or an ulcer. (read the label etc)

If it really hurts go and get a prescription for something a little heavier.

  6. Yes, my husband was prescibed cocodamol and ibuprofen a few weeks ago, just remember you cannot take any medicine containing paracetamol whilst taking cocodamol.

  7. yes you can take it together both of them

but not in a much of strength of cocodamol

    best of luck!!

    keep smiling:))))

  8. No don't take them together until you ask your doctor you could s***w up your liver or damage your stomach

  9. Consult Doctor

otherwise you will be not live to ask another question

  10. Theoretically there is no problem as you can take full doses of both in the same 24 hours. I would however use paracetamol alone + ibuprofen as you will only reduce pain relief by 5% and avoid quite severe constipation.

  11. Phone your dentist and ask them...........don't take advice on here about something like that.

  12. Check with your local chemist first you did not say what strength you co-codeamol was.

  13. It should be ok but you didn't put dosage of the co-codamol on here.  As someone previously stated, never go by what you hear on the internet about mixing medications as there are so many contradictions in stories.  To be safe, call your local pharmacist or call poison control for the safest answer.
