Remember Gout is a build of uric acid that crystalizes around joints.

Gout is almost exclusively caused by a diet high in alcohol(Especially BEER), meat & processed foods without adequate vegetable & fruit intake.

Usually if you eliminate the alcohol, processed foods from the diet & replace them with good amounts of water, fruit, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, lean meats, seed & nuts: The Gout will usually disappear completely.
