Can you take your own bottled water on Norwegian Cruises?

I'm going on a Cruise this weekend and don't drink sodas. I heard that bottled water costs $4 a bottle. I was wondering if I could take a case of my own water on the cruise, like a big case of 50 from Sam's Club/Costco? I heard their "soda pass" only includes fountain drinks and not canned/ bottled products.

Yes you can but put it in the suitcase. When I went on a Norwegian I took bottles of coke. I put them in my suitcase. I don't think you can just carry a case of water on. Get like a 6 pack or something of water. They have free water but it is not bottled. Or get a case and take them out and put them randomly in the suitcases. good luck

Yes you can take bottled water.  I regularly take a six-pack of bottled water and a six-pack of soft drinks on all of my cruises.  I carry both of these in my carry-on bag because that many bottles of water would make my luggage too heavy for airport check in and also reduces the chances of breakage by the airlines and by the ships porters as they handle the luggage to get it to your cabin.  Whenever I fly to the port city I find a place to get these after I get out of the airport.  I usually find a store that has bottled water, like a 7-11 or Quickstop.  If you put that many bottles of water in your luggage you'll likely have to pay a hefty fee and defeat the purpose of bringing your own water.

They do sell bottled water on NCL and other cruise ships but its not all $4.00 a bottle.  They do have smaller 16 oz bottles for $2.00.  In addition, you can always buy bottled water for about $1.50 to $2.00 at port stops and bring it back to your cabin.  I do that on occasion also.

Yes. you may also carry on a "reasonable" amount of soda.
