Can you tan while its raining??

Question

i know u can get tan/burnt while its cloudy but i was hoping to get a tan this week and the forecast says that its going to rain all week.

so should i just try my best to go when its not raining... i rilli dont mind a little drizzle...

The best thing to do is go to a tanning salon.  I am not an expert, but I think when it is raining, there is little possibility of any real change in your skin, because you actually need the rays from the sun, which is generally not present when it is raining.  However, I need to qualify that statement.  I grew up in Hawaii, and it is possible for it to be raining and sunny at the same time, just in different places on the island!

yes you can you just wont get as tan as you would in the sun.
