Can you taste the difference in bottle and tap water?

Can any of you taste the difference? I sure can!

My family thinks I am crazy and there is no taste but I can taste the chemicals in tap water. It tastes blah and warm even if it is freezing.

I can taste the difference in both, tap taste different, but I can also taste a chemical like taste in bottled as well. I prefer the tap but the bottle comes in handy.

i can taste the difference...

especially in the area that i live, the tap water has a distinctive metallic taste.. and quite chlorinated when compared to bottled water..

however.. i prefer tap water that is home filtered... it gets rid of most of the nasties, but maintains most of the good stuff that you dont seem to get from bottled water...

the problem with drinking only bottled water is that we actually need to be exposed to some bacterias etc, to build up our immune system - no wonder the next generation of kids are so sick and have so many allergies!!!!!!

the biggest difference is actually the look..

straight tap water is WAY to cloudy...

yes u can taste the difference, the tap taste dirty, it smells like dirt, chlorine and some times rust and its airy during the summer. ice dont taste too bad but it sure does stink

I can, tap water tastes like metal, but when i put it in the freezer to get cold, it loses some of that taste. But i can't afford bottled water so i filter mine.

It's totally different. Tap water does'nt taste like water in the bottle that is chemically tested.

Yea, I can also tell the difference between my fridge's water and my sink's water. But they all taste fine to me, I could care less whether its bottle or tap.

I do too. Usually bottled water will at the very least be filtered if not purified. I use a home purification process and am so use to it I can no longer drink water straight from the tap any more. To me it tastes like swimming pool water.
