  1. Get a person you trust to spot you

  2. just think of it as your in the pool or even close your eyes!  and if you dont have a net around your trampoline DONT DO IT! because you wouldnt want to get hurt <3 hope this works!

  3. yes

  4. i wouldn't reccomend it unless you know what your aiming for.

  5. you should definitely not do it by yourself. at least have someone stand on the other side of the trampoline so that if you go to far you dont fall off. The best thing to do would probably be to get someone to spot you while doing it. The pool is a lot different than the trampoline. I can do it in the pool, on the trampoline and on the ground. I can tell you that the pool is a lot easier to do because of course you dont fall. But yeah, you can try it but my advice would be to have someone there with you.

  6. You are right to be scared. You shouldn't try to learn how to do a back handspring on your own. You need a spotter (the person who catches you in case you're about to fall or injure yourself). You really, really don't want to try it on your own. In the pool is nothing like doing it for real, so don't attempt it alone. Worst of all, if you miss, you can easily land on the sides on the trampoline, in between the springs, or miss the trampoline completely. BAD IDEA!

  7. Sure, just got to be flexible enough to do it though. You need practice with your flexibility first, then once that's done, try it. But be careful! Hope this helps, good luck! :]

  8. have someone spot you. it makes a big difference.
