Can you teach yourself to breakdance? im 14 (im a girl) but theres no lessons in my area :S i rly wana do it??

how can i teach myself? i do street/hiphop dance but thats the closest to breakdancing i can get :S i taught myself this freeze thingy and somethin else... how can i teach myself any tips online teachin things ext ext ....?? :) thanks x

definitely go on youtube and search breakdance tips, how to beakdacne, breakdance for beginners etc. and you'll definitely find a few things. I addicted to hip hop dancing  and if you actually like it you dont need lessons at all you just need to see others do it and practice.  maybe there aren't any lessons in your area but there might be people that just dance for fun or even a group of perople at your school that do it, ask around and good luck.

Obviously youtube is one of the best places but for more indepth info checkout www.bboy.org (since 2005) . Formely known as www.breakdance.com. There are many great resources out there but definately check www.bboy.org.
