Yes, Your beautiful, If you want to change your image don't just change your physical, tweak your personality, some of your flaws same and you will become beautiful all over.

If you have no flaws, You are Beautiful inside and Out.

Well yes. You've obviously aged a little but there are key facial features that both photos share. There is a slight chance it could be two sisters who look pretty similar but otherwise it is the same person.
