I get my b's and d's mixed up. Also if you tell me to remember 47 I'll tell you it was 74.

  1. You may have a visual process deficit or a visual motor integration deficit. You may also have an auditory processing deficit if you mix up verbalization's. Dyslexia is a basket term for learning disabilities associated with reading. The one you are talking about means that things get mixed up when being brought into brain and processed or when coming from your brain to your hand.

    If you are doing poorly in school, your parents can ask to have you tested for a learning disability by the school psychologist. They won't test you if you are passing your classes.

    Many of us have small processing deficits. If you do pretty well, just consider it part of your uniqueness. It has nothing to do with how smart you are. It is a wiring issue.
