Basically, I need a sandwich bread that is soft and almost like sandwich bread in the store. I have this bread maker that came with a recipe and it's not that bad. But with the bread maker I have to leave it in for the full cycle and bake it there. What I want to do is make the dough (on the dough cycle of course) and take it out and put it in my own loaf pans. Only because i don't like the shape of the breadmachine. But i have no clue how long i will have to bake it or on what temp. So if someone could be nice enough to give me a recipe for my breadmachine to knead... as well as tell me how long i need to bake it in a real oven. IF loaf pan size makes a difference on time.. tell me the size you are using. THANKS A BUNCH!!!!
