Can you tell me about Yoga and Pilate's? Do you kinda have to be in shape to do either one of them?...?

I never really see over weight people doing them thats why i ask. will they help you lose weight? or what is it about?

  1. the point of it is to get into shape most people who start yoga or pilates do it cause they wana get into shape.  I dislocated my neck cause my muscles were really week so i had to do pilate and now after a year of it im pretty muscular and really fit, it also helps you relax. If u want to do it then i say go for it.
