Can you tell me about your experience with Liberty Mutual insurance?

We had an accident with a big truck hitting us, and it seems they are dragging their feet communicating with our lawyer.

They may not be dragging their feet.  When you have a lawyer involved there are usually several steps the adjusters have to follow that are different from a claim with no lawyer.  You chose to have someone represent you so it took you more out of the loop.  Be patient and in time everything should come out settled.  In the mean time keep in communication with the adjuster and lawyer to get answers to questions you may have concerning the process.

All Insurance co s are famous for doing that,in hopes that you will crack and take a lesser offer or nothing,your lawyer may have to be more diligent and or forcefull.
