First you will have to start selling your body to make money. Then you will have to marry an Italian get Italian citizenship. Get a travel visa to USA and you will be home in 3-5 years tops.

Did you make a photocopy and leave it with someone you know before you left?  I would start there.

Have you tried calling the American Embassy?  They usually can help with this sort of thing.

if you are in italy, you need to go to the usa embassy in via veneto in Rome, the will give you a new passport, or a temporary one
