Can you tell me how to cook a bbq chicken pizza from scratch ?

I would like to cook a home made pizza but i can't find a good recipe book.

  3. Easy Homemade Pizza Crust Recipe

    Ingredients

    2 and 1/2 cups flour ($1.99 per 5lb bag)

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 package dry yeast ($1.99 for pkg of 3)

    1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of olive oil ($4.00 per bottle)

    1 cup lukewarm water

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    lightly grease a 12 by 9 inch baking sheet

    Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl

    stir in the yeast

    make a well in the center and add the olive oil and lukewarm water

    mix until a soft dough forms

    turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for five minutes

    press the dough into the prepared baking sheet

    cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes

    bake for 5 to 7 minutes

    remove the crust from the oven and top with your family's favorite pizza toppings

    return the pizza to the oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is hot and melted

    cut and eat yummy

    Buy skinless boneless chicken thighs ($2.50/1 lb). Add a tbsp of canola oil (or olive oil) in a large frying pan and bring to medium/high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove from pan and place on cutting board. Let cool slightly. Shred with fingers or knife and fork. Place back in pan and add 1 cup of favorite barbecue sauce ($1-$4 per bottle) and mix until warm. Layer on semi-cooked pizza dough (per above instructions) with mozzarella cheese ($2.50 per 8oz bag) and diced onions (2/$1.00). Finish baking as outlined in pizza dough recipe.

  4. Barbecue Chicken Pizza

    1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough

    1/2 of 32 ounce container (about 2 cups)

        shredded cooked chicken in barbecue sauce

    8 ounces shredded 4- or 5-blend pizza cheese

    1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet or jellyroll pan.

    Unroll pizza dough; transfer to greased pan, pressing out dough with your hands to a 12 x 10-inch rectangle. Build up edges slightly. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Spread chicken mixture evenly over hot crust. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro over chicken. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Makes 6 main dish servings
