  1. You either need to mess with the adjustments of it, else your screen may be dieing if this is a new problem.

  2. You have a few choices here:

    1) You live on a fault and there are earthquakes, whereas you should go outside right now.

    2) You are having a seizure and you should lay down to avoid hurting yourself

    3) You have an electrical appliance (umm speaker perhaps) that is giving off electro-magnetic signals (see that little FCC warning on the bottom, it's there for a reason).

I'm putting my money on #3, therefor move the d**n thing, duh.

However, seeing you didn't figure it on your own it may be 1 and 2 and you should go outside and lay down.

  3. Wave back.

  4. Cut down on your alcoholic beverage intake while on the computer.

  5. first, inspect your area if there were other electrical devices near your pc. put them away because they are the cause of your waving screen, or you are near a high tension wire. if so, relocate your pc away from it.

  6. Right click on your desktop and go to properties

then click on settings tab and there go to advanced.

select the monitor tab on the next window that appears and there u will see "refresh rate" section ... increase the refresh rate to more than 70hz...

if u have a CRT monitor it will probably support refresh rates upto 85hz or more maybe , and the newer LCDs support upto 75 hz.
