Can you tell me how to repair cigarette burns in linoleum?

It will not be an invisible repair.  Do you have a remnant?  Put the remnant over top of the damaged area and match the pattern as well as you can.  Then take a knife and cut out a square.  Us a straight edge and follow the lines in the linoleum.  cut out the whole "tile", if that is what the pattern is,  the cut ruminant piece should look exactly like the damaged piece without the damage and the same size.  Then scrape out the damaged "tile" with a putty knife or scraper.  Glue new piece to the floor with contact cement or what they use to cement the linoleum down.  You can buy a solvent at a carpet store that they use to melt the joins together at the seams.
