Can you tell me if its possible to get portable air con unit .without hose?

They must be vented to the outside as the exhaust is hot enough to over-power any cooling effect the machine has.

what do you mean, hose?  yes, they make portable units that you can roll around, just plug them in...you can empty the drainage water out of the container when it gets full

I didn't even know they had portable A/C's w/a hose. Then again, I haven't really paid much attention to A/C's these days. Sorry I've been slacking on that buddy. I'll do better next time.

The exhaust hose is necessary to remove the hot air created by the air conditioning process.  If you just need spot-cooling, you can get industrial portable air conditioners; or just don't bother installing the exhaust tube.

However, doing this will actually raise overall room temperature.
