Can you tell me if this set up is to good to be true for £450.?

It's just for the tower for sale in argos.

Intel Quad core 2.4 ghz

Nvidia G force 9600

I don't know if the graphics are on board or not and do you think it will run all the games out now.

2.4 ghzx is great, I taking it in that it is used. The grap card Is really o.k

My only question is the processor dual. But if you are asking is it good , yes.

That's a decent setup.

If you are given 4 GIGS of RAM and a 600Watt PSU, I'd say,yes go on and buy it.

The Q6600 costs around 120 BP plus another 90 BP for your VGA,leaves you with 240 pounds. Four GIGs of RAM  DDR2 cost another 100 pounds.

So that's a reasonable price for a gaming rig.Nothing to write home about but not a bad deal.
