HURRICANE GUSTAV

has hit lousianna late monday morning with winds of 115 mph. unfortuately it hit the same areas devistated by katrina this time in 2005. it is now a category one hurricane with winds of 75 mph but rain is still very heavy. waves with heights of 17-25 feet have crashed the shore causing beach erosion and coastal flooding. power outages as well as down trees are very widespread and common during this storm. it will continue to spawn tornadoes and bring heavy rain tommorow as it heads north west. texas and oklahoma will be getting the remanants meaning heavy rain and some high wind gusts

a levee broke with the massive winds and now there is flooding and basically there is a hurricane
