well there are these mean boys that keep calling me names even though i ignore them they keep teasing me

I agree with you and the people who advise you to ignore them.  That's really the best way.  Those hecklers are trying to get your attention, and by stooping to their level, they are accomplishing their agenda.  There is also an element of danger in responding to them.  They could get p.o.'d and attack you physically as well as verbally.  Forget about comebacks.  Just continue to ignore them. Eventually, they'll see it doesn't affect you, and they'll get bored and find a new target.

If they call you a "Stupid girl" you say, "YOUR MOM IS A STUPID GIRL!" or if they say "You ugly fat head" you say "Your mom is an ugly fat head"

If this is happening in school, you should speak to your teacher or principal.  Let them know that this is impacting your schoolwork and self-esteem.  Sometimes ignoring it doesn't always work, as bullies tend to continue doing it for a long time.  

It's frustrating.  Hang in there.  One of these days, one of those bullies will get pushed around by the wrong person, and you will enjoy watching every minute of that!

just tell them to find someone who they matter to to bug because they mean nothing to you..that should get their confidence level down and they'll leave you alone

they will stop teasing when they see it doesn't bother you.  I know that is really  hard to do, but it works better than ANY comeback - which demonstrates that you DO notice them.
