  1. I sometimes give my son Peanut butter and banana sandwiches, or ham and sweet baby rays.

  2. Graham crackers with peanut butter and banana in the middle, like sandwiches. Meat and cheese rolled up in lettuce or rolled up in a soft tortilla, then wrap it tightly in saran wrap so it holds it's rolled shape when unwrapped.

  3. Carrot sticks, baked chicken b*****s,mac & cheese, soups, steamed veggies with low-fat cheese or regular which ever you think they should have. Spaghetti & Meatballs,Homemade Pizza. Let them create their own sandwich toppings (meat,cheese,veggies).. Don't forget fruits, apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, for larger fruits like apples just dice into bite size pieces, go ahead and leave the peel on,it's a good source of fiber.

  4. Make sushi. Let them decide what they want, but you can slice up chicken nuggets, or have scrambled egg and bacon in it.

You can make low fat low sugar muffins but berry-full muffins. Feed them blueberries. Blueberries are great for the brain.

  5. baby carrots w/ ranch dressing, sliced apples, applesauce, sugar-free jello, fresh fruit, pretzels... fruit juice.
