Can you tell me the best way to lose weight without disturbing my daily routine.....???

i m 14...n please dont tell me "it is not my age to think about it"...

i m gettin plumpy......n luk babyish!!!!! well, m a teen.......i shud luk big enuff!!!!

plz tell me a nyc way(......n preferably a healthy way too!!!!)

  1. Reduce the intake of Potato, Rice, Ghee, Oil, Nonveg food, Sugar, as much as    possible.

    2. Do one time fast after every two normal days.


  2. Eat between 7 in the morning and before 7 in the night. Morning u can eat anything. Take cooked food only two times and gap should be minimum of eight hours. Night dont take curd, and preferably take more of fruits than cooked food. Night after taking food, sleep after two hours. After meals walk for four minutes.  

  3. Daily wakeup in early morning go to jacking are fast walking minimum 30 minuets. It will works 30 days. you will change your body weight.

  4. start on with diet control ....... i dont mean u shud stop eatin but dont eat food containing lots of fats

    cycling is the best way to lose weight and gain a good health

    worked for me  lost 15 kg in 40 days

  5. look sweetie weight loss is not very easy .now if u wanna loose ur weight really fast then: exercise ,no fatty foods ,no drinks, no oily food. but have patience, no problem in wating to loose weight then :eat everything in limited quantities .
