Can you tell me the name of this font?

This font is on alot of avatars and icons. I've been making them for a while now, but I could never find out what this font is called. It usually is on avatars with just a blank background kind of like this:

I'm just waiting for it to be one of the fonts that comes with everyones computer and I'm just stupid... lol.
