Can you tell me the name of this nursery rhyme?

Not sure what the name is or really how it goes..all I remember is the part that says "wont you come out with me and slide down my apple tree"..or something like that..If you know it, pleeze let me know.

I'm REALLY old, and the only way I've heard it said is "Playmate....come out and play with me, etc."
