Can you tell me what is the best beach in Batangas?

We are thinking of staying there for few nights.. Could you recommend the most perfect and most affordable there.. thanks guys!!

ummmm...the coast on the south side of Batangas is not really that great...from Balayan to Lemery is the part I'm thinking of.  There's a big NPC power plant near Calaca that makes the water cloudy and sort of icky.  

Some of the best scuba diving is off the Calatagan peninsula over to the west and to the southeast of Lemery is a place called Anilao...it has a 'protected' reef area where you can go snorkeling and is pretty good...the water is nice and clean.  However, there is not much else to do in either of those areas.  For more of a touristy type place, try Matabungkay Beach in Nasugbu to the west...or get a ferry ride over to Mindoro and enjoy some better beaches.
