This is the website iam working... iam doing directory submission, updating content. but i can able to get good ranking. what can i do more for the site?

First, let me qualify myself by stating that I have been an active webmaster for more than 10 years.  The help I give will come from that experience.

Directory submission is good.  Keep doing it, especially submitting to targeted niche directories related to your website.

Keep updating content, because both SE (search engines) and people who visit your site like to see new content.

You have a good start, your web page does need SEO, and there are pages and pages to be written on what SEO you could do for your website.  There is not room for that here.

I have several SEO resource links and files in the Yahoo Group that I am creating (link below in source box), and I will be writing SEO articles myself which I will be posting both on my Yahoo Group and on my own websites, as well as some on articles websites.

At one time in SEO history, we submitted to SE.  Nowadays though, I do not recommend it  as it is at best a waste of time which you could be using toward SEO of your website.  Unlike the old days, today's SE spiders can crawl your website and list you in a matter of days and sometimes hours without you submitting it - IF you have SEO your website properly.

Finally, since your website is marketing to the English-speaking world, you might from time to time want to have a good English webmaster proofread it for grammar.
